The browser figures are limits we set. What a file of that size actually needs is memory on your own computer, and a modest device reaches its own wall first — when it does, the tool says so rather than failing silently. Enterprise has no limit of ours, which is not the same as no limit.
Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it is not a trial. Analysing, cleaning and editing one file at a time runs entirely in your browser and stays available without an account. Paid plans exist for volume and automation, not to unlock the basics.
Do paid plans upload my files?
No. Batch processing runs in your browser exactly like the single-file tools. The one part of the product that does send files to a server is the API, which exists for integrations — and it holds them in memory for a single request, writes nothing to disk, and logs nothing.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to Free. Nothing you have already downloaded is affected, and we hold no files to delete.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You are told which limit you reached and when it resets. Work you have already done stays on screen and remains downloadable — reaching a limit never discards a result you have produced.
Do you show ads on paid plans?
No. Advertising is a property of the plan, and paid plans have it switched off. Ad networks never receive your files or anything read from them; the ad system is entirely separate from metadata processing.
